  • How long does it take to ship out the package? How about the shipping?
    If you purchase successfully, you will receive an email with the order information, and we will prepare shoes for you within 1-2 days, also send the tracking number within 3-4 days to the email you left on the site, then you can track your package. Due to the covid 19 recently, the shipping time is over 15-25 days till you receive the package.
  • Are my shoes equipped with a box? will the shoe box be damaged? with a box? will the shoe box be damaged?
    Yes, all shoes are equipped with an unauthorized sneakers box, some products may have slight image to the boxes but most will be 100% clean.
  • Can I cancel my order?

    All of our shoes are the official standard size. If you are not sure how to choose a size, please measure your foot length and refer to the size chart provided on the product page of our website, and then choose the right size; or you can exchange your normal US size into EUR size, then choose the corresponding EUR size of the shoes on the site.
  • Is my payment on your site secure? how is the shoes quality?
    All online payments are safe and secured. First, there is no big difference of the appearance with the official one. Our shoes are UA sneakers, the material we used is also genuine leather, when you touch the surface and try them on, you will know how comfortable they are.
  • When will I receive my items after I place an order?
    The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method used. If the package cannot be delivered on time due to war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, or any other situation which cannot be foreseen or avoided, then delivery will be postponed.
